Pottery Workshop

Tuesday 21st August

9.30 am to 3pm

We are delighted to once again be holding a kids pottery workshop here at Zinc this summer.

All those budding potters out there can come along and get their hands dirty here at Zinc. Guided by a specialist pottery teacher children will make and decorate their own pots or models to bring home to demonstrate their new found pottery skills.

We will be using air drying clay so no firing will be required, meaning the pots will be good to go when the children are.

As well as getting creative, we will also be getting active with lots of games and fun during the day to let off steam and get the creative energy flowing.  Weather permitting some of these activities will take place outside to make the most of the summer weather!

 Timings and Costs

All this fun is just £20 (9.30am - 3pm including lunch) per day per child.

All activities are run and supervised by fully DBS checked staff.

What's Included

Lunch is provided (please advise any dietary requirements).

All equipment and materials will be provided.  We will encourage children to wear aprons during messy work if possible but we do advise old clothes where possible!

Please note that these sessions have sold out particularly quickly in the past so don't leave it too long to book to avoid disappointment.

Why not make it a full day of fun?

We're running our usual Holiday Cinema Sessions from 3-5pm on both days from 3-5pm.

Films will be family friendly and will relate to the activities taken part in earlier that day.

Age 5-11 years.  £5 per child, per session.
