Timings & Costs
Fridays 11am till 12 noon
£22 per class. £120 for the 6 week course. It is advisable to do the entire course for the maximum benefit.
You are welcome to bring your own mat if desired.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness practice is moment to moment, non judgemental awareness, cultivating by paying attention. It’s when the mind body and spirit are aligned and we are connected to our true self.
