Bring simple joys into your life and be your best self through your own yoga practice. Relax and enjoy a hatha yoga class in a progressive scheme with many options to suit both those new to yoga and those with experience on & off the mat.

Timings & Costs
Thursdays 9.30am till 10.30am
£7.50 per class. Termly rates are available at a discount. Please contact Aslihan for details.
The classes are run on a first come first served basis.
All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if desired.
What is Hatha Yoga?
Ha represents the cool energy of the Moon and tha represents the hot energy of the Sun. Hatha Yoga is a path towards creating balance in our lives, uniting the opposites and bringing mind&body together. It is the balance of strength and flexibility. Working the physical body prepares us for mental and emotional practices. My classes incorporate Asana (posture), Vinyasa (flow), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Meditation and Guided Deep Relaxation at the end.
