All over boxing and fitness class.

Learn to kick, punch, knee and elbow your way to fitness. Train with a qualified boxing coach who places an emphasis on safe, non-contact, boxing and kicking exercises in this hour long fun fitness class for total muscle toning.

Suitable for all abilities and levels. 16+.

Session timetable

Tuesdays 7 to 8pm.

£10 per session for drops ins.  £8 per session for advance bookings.

Numbers are limited to ensure participants reach their full potential.

What do I need?

All equipment is provided, just bring a towel and a bottle of water!

About Basement Fitness

Basement Fitness is a no frills, no gimmicks gym run by professionals, trained in boxing, MMA, competitive events and personal fitness with a wide range of activities on offer, including boxing fitness, one to ones, mixed martial arts training, boot camps, high impact training, a number of classes for young people as well as kettlebell classes.

All courses are designed for individuals to build and develop their skills, learn new techniques and build their fitness levels. We work with anyone. Whether you are someone new to fitness or are an experienced athlete you are welcome here.
